Two very unpopular opinions and I have that are probably going to get me in a lot of trouble but I don't really care right now because I'm so annoyed by both of them at the moment… When I see people panhandling and they're like oh ma'am do you have a dollar you can spare the first thing I want to say is I don't know can you get off your ass and go get a job please? And I realize that some of these people can't help themselves but this one kid really pissed me off was sitting there with earbuds in and nice clothes asking for handouts on the corner. There are organizations that will help you have the resources you need to get a job and get off the street if you really want to put in the work. It really annoys me when people just sit out and want other people to support him. That being said I almost always give them any loose change I have or a single dollar bill but it still annoys me. The second unpopular opinion I have and I swear to God people are probably going to scream racist but that couldn't be further from the truth… You cannot do anything on time when you're messing with most black people. The specific example I'm using right now is my in-laws because every time we are supposed to eat at a certain time we are at least 2 to 3 hours late because they never do anything on time. All my friends back home in Dothan were the same way. Even then it knowledge and it did it themselves and I'm just sitting here like, if you know this is a problem why didn't you start earlier to be able to correct the problem?? I don't understand it, it's like they just sit here and laugh and say oh yeah black people are never on time like it's funny or something that we were supposed to eat two hours ago and I've got my children sitting here saying mommy I'm hungry and nothing is open on Christmas. Fml that was more of a rant then an unpopular opinion but there you go.

Yeah kids shouldn't have to miss out on Christmas. But at some point people need to take responsibility.
I know a family like this. Neither work. State pays everything. They have weed to smoke, but without gift organizations, their kids would never have Christmas. Their oldest is 15. And they can't figure Shit out.

That is a HUGE problem around here. These lazy ass "parents" have no problems getting drugs and shit but can't seem to buy their own children Christmas gifts or even food on a daily basis.

It annoys pretty much everyone I talk to because I'm always correcting what they're trying to say. But seriously, it's not hard to figure out the proper uses of words like where and were, there, their, and they're, to and too, then and than, and you're and your. Its pretty simple.

And I'm all for people smoking. But when weed is more of a priority than food birthdays or Christmas for kids, there is something wrong. It's not like they don't know it's coming. Dec 25 every year. I just can't feel bad for them anymore.

DS has autism he sure as hell doesn't need preschool, preschool will not get him the help he needs, so yes he's fine without preschool

I agree. I know more than a few people that constantly complain about being broke and can't buy food for their kids but smoke 2 packs of cigs a day (always the expensive ones like Newport and Marlboro), smoke weed, pop pills, etc. I don't feel sorry for them and I won't ever. I only feel sorry for their poor babies.

I see what you are saying about black people. But I have known some very punctual black people though. My husband is as white as they come and will be late for his own damn funeral. Sometimes I truly wonder how he survived before he got with me. I dont think it was a racist comment you made. Maybe a stereotype but its pretty clear that you aren't racist. Im sorry that you are dealing with that, I have been through that and its no fun (the kids begging to eat and dinner time is out of my control)

God, this aggravates the piss out of me. Is it that hard to figure out the correct spelling? If you genuinely don't know, get a dictionary or google it! Lord have mercy!

I think a lot of this stems from me being an author. Before writing books it didn't bother me too bad.

Same with Tash .. she just finished grade 3 and is at a grade 6 level. *shrug*

I think some that say kids NEED preschool or they do bad in school are compesating for something.

Right I get you 100% and the fact that stuff like eating too late can really mess with your blood sugar, would really piss me off. If you cant control the time of the dinner ( cant cook it yourself) maybe eat something light before you go? Or take a snack for you and the kids?
