OMG YES! If you haven't finished your's yet stop reading because I fucking KNOW the stress of waiting to get gifts soooo well, and I can't personally even deal. So don't keep reading and listen to me sigh a HUGE sigh of relief that for once I'm completely READY ahead of time.
Oh.. my... god...
It's an amazing feeling. I WAYYY over did it (omg and I'm way overdoing the use of capitals for emphasis) and my husband is pissy about it (the amount of gifts aka money spent, not my abuse of capital letters, he doesn't know about that.)
All wrapped and shit too!
And I've tucked away the Santa stuff in the pantry in garbage bags, so hopefully my daughter just thinks I'm a fucking slob (I am) and doesn't think.. hey that's suspicious, what's in these bags. Because then I'll have to cut off her hands or something.
We keep it low key on the Santa stuff, they all got a big stuffed animal (It's like as tall as Jude! and only $12 each omg steal.) Penelope (aka Ellie) got the Elephant which excites me for some reason. And then snow sleds and one toy each, brooke's is a bubble chair for reading, Jude's a big tonka truck tent (That I have no idea where in the holy fuck I'm going to put it after Christmas) Ellie one of those tables that you bang on and they light up and make annoying sounds. So just the 2-3 things from Santa because fuck his credit, I had to throw elbows to get that last pink bubble chair, he doesn't know the struggle, I wrapped most of the rest up as from us, keeping the little things as stocking stuffers.
I'm SO excited! Having one kid at Christmas is amazing but having 3 (even though Penelope is only a month old, so basically a potato) is actually 3 times as awesome. We also started elf on the shelf this year so we've just been going wild.
Are you guys done? What did you get? If you're not done, I'm super sorry for gloating in my doneness. Except I'm not, because it feels AMMMAZING and I did warn you
