They do have a warranty from what I understand. I had some separate and I ended up just throwing them away. If I have any mess up I am definitely saving them to send in. Tervis cups make great gifts & there is a site you can have them personalized as well. We received some as a gift one Christmas with our names on them.
The company I work for also has them made so we can get those free. We give them away to our customers as a promotion/gift and put them in gift baskets. That was my idea years ago. I'd really like the owner to do beach towels and bags also. People LOVE them.

Tervis is a huge thing here with some of the resorts. People love them. We have a store front at the ocean front that sells them now, and while I hate the traffic down there in the summer, I LOVE going in there. They make great gifts too. Especially if you get bed bath and beyond coupons. I use them when I buy them from there but they just don't have as big of a selection.

Beach towels and bags are great ideas. I love getting that kind of thing. Especially towels. lol.
