Yes the negative part always gets more media because it makes money and they want division and tension.

I saw an interview and I agree with what was said. They said that there is either segregation or integration. There can't be both. While I think everyone has a right to be proud of their heritage I feel that saying an individual is a white American, black American, Asian American, native American, etc. Etc. Is segregating the races. If one was truly not racist then the definers wouldn't be used whenever speaking about another individual. People mention that communities are predominately black where the water is bad. I feel like the race of the communities shouldn't even be reported because it is making is seem like the one person of a different race is not as important. I realize this is an ideal that may not necessarily ever be met but I also think that as certain generations pass on things will start to change. I have older relatives who are racist and don't even realize it but that doesn't mean their children are. Sure, some people pass on racist thoughts but in the large picture of the entire nation I feel this will start to happen.

Why is it so hard for some people to understand that Black Lives Matter, doesn't mean that other lives don't ? a lot of America don't believe that black lives matter... Which is the point. That's like going to a "Save The Dogs fundraiser" screaming "Cats matter!" Smh.
